Bob Banack, Head, Special Situations Private Placements Group, Dundee Securities Corporation

Bob Banack graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business in 1998. After a brief stint at a large international law firm, Bob spent several years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he worked in the distressed bank loan trading group which invests in and trades the securities of distressed companies. In 2005 Bob joined Dundee Securities Corporation in instututional sales and trading and currently heads Dundee's Special Situations Private Placements Group which structures and raises financing for micro and small cap private/illiquid issuers across various sectors but with a particular focus on financing geothermal power project developers.
