Task Force Near Term Assessment Sites
GEA, in cooperation with NREL and the others, developed a list of potential near-term geothermal prospects as part of the Western Governors Association Clean Energy Initiative. A brief discussion of the assessment that includes a list of specific sites by states and a PDF map of the Western States showing the location of the prospect sites is presented. Please contact GEA for a database file with more extensive site information from prior assessments that was used in this process.
