Unique information:
This plant was the first constructed in Nevada under the Nevada RPS legislation. It is the first new plant built in Nevada in over a decade. In honor of Governor Kenny Guinn’s late energy advisor, Richard “Dick” Burdette Jr., the plant was renamed.
