Cove Fort 1 and 2 operate
collectively as one plant, which is known as Bonnet Geothermal
In December 2005, PacifiCorp signed and announced a new
20-year PPA to purchase up to 42 megawatts of clean energy
that Amp plans to generate by further developing this
site. The previous owner, Amp Resources, was recently bought by Enel North America.
